The design process is an intellectual exercise that tests concepts and ideas on paper to assist the owner in deciding their best solution for the built form.

Michael DiCicco

DiCicco as he is widely known, has more than 30 years of experience in the architectural & construction industry. During Michael’s fifteen years in professional offices, clients now benefit from his familiarity with a wide range of building types such as residential, commercial, industrial & ecclesiastical.

The next fifteen years, as an independent contractor, provided homeowners with expertise in residential design, and his wide network of contractors and consults within the professional architectural & engineering community.

In this age of online communications, and face-to-face meetings, our team of engineers, consultants and draftsmen/women work collaboratively exchanging ideas and arriving at dynamic solutions. With today’s technology & communication options, work can be completed more efficiently and with less travel thereby saving the client money. Our team is knowledgeable and seasoned with combined experiences over 100 years.

From Concept to Completion

Each completed project is the result of multiple minds each with their unique insights, expertise and talent. Solutions to the design, engineering and other challenges are always discussed with the client to make sure everyone is on the same page so there are no surprises. Michael’s key role is to constantly be the liaison between customers and contractors making sure everything ends up exactly the way it is designed and approved by the client. Listening, communicating, delegating and coordinating amongst his team has always been the hallmark of successful projects.

Anthony Clark

Partner

After graduating from high school in 1999 with advanced drafting skills, Anthony worked in professional architecture firms for 5 years gaining experience in architectural documentation and computer drafting skills. In 2001, Anthony joined the family construction business specializing in custom stone masonry where he was involved in the construction of commercial and residential structures until 2017 gaining skills in entrepreneurship and the art of stone masonry.

In 2017, he decided to focus on his drafting career and merge his construction knowledge with his drafting skills to launch his own drafting company. Anthony provides architectural, mechanical and patent design drafting services for a diverse clientele and continually strives for “always keeping it one HUNDRO”
